How is the match score worked out?
The same way ApplyRunner matches jobs: core function and domain, level and scope, must-have requirements and tools. A must-have your résumé doesn't show caps the score at 70.
Should I add every missing keyword?
Only the ones you really have. Using the posting's words for things you've done helps; claiming things you haven't won't survive the interview.

Do you keep my résumé?
No. An uploaded file is read once and isn't stored. The report is saved to your account.
