Drop in a PDF or Word file. ApplyRunner reads your experience and skills and suggests your profile. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.

Confirm your facts once
Work authorization, sponsorship, salary floor, start date, relocation. These become your answer bank: fixed rules, never AI guesses. Self-identification questions default to "decline to answer" unless you choose otherwise.

Choose the jobs you want
Set titles, locations, remote preference and salary. ApplyRunner pulls fresh roles from job feeds and company career boards, removes duplicates and closed postings, and scores each one 0-100 with the reason.

Pre-flight every form
Before anything is sent, ApplyRunner reads the full application form and matches every question to your answers. Fully answered jobs are Ready. If a form asks something new, the job waits, and you answer that question once for every job that asks it.

Pick how much control you want
Auto submits every Ready job. Hybrid submits strong matches and holds the rest for you. Review waits for your approval on each one. Set a daily limit, and pause or resume at any time.

It applies, and tells you exactly what it sent
Applications go out under your own name and email, with your resume tailored to the role (reworded and reordered, never invented). Each one is logged with every answer and the resume version used.
