Auto-apply
AI auto-apply that never guesses your answers
ApplyRunner finds jobs that fit, fills each application from facts you've confirmed, and only submits when every required question has a real answer.
Why most auto-apply goes wrong
Filling a form is easy. Filling it correctly is the hard part. Application forms ask about work authorization, visa sponsorship, salary, start dates and relocation. When a tool doesn't know an answer, it often picks one anyway, and the employer sees the mistake before you do.
Volume makes it worse. Sending hundreds of loosely matched applications means more wrong answers, more irrelevant roles, and less idea of what went out in your name. ApplyRunner is built the other way around: fewer applications, each one checked.
How ApplyRunner auto-applies
Every job goes through the same steps. A job only moves forward when the step before it is complete.
- Find: fresh roles from job feeds and company career pages, with duplicates and closed postings removed.
- Match: each role gets a 0 to 100 match score with the reason. Roles under your minimum don't go further.
- Check: the full application form is read before anything is sent, and every question is matched to your answers.
- Wait or send: jobs with an unanswered required question wait for you. Fully answered jobs are ready to send.
- Submit: the form is filled, every field is read back, and Submit is pressed only if everything went in.
- Record: each answer and the resume version used are saved, so you can see exactly what was sent.
Hard facts come from you, not AI
Some answers must never be guessed. Work authorization, sponsorship, salary, start date and relocation come only from answers you've confirmed. If a form asks one of these and you haven't answered it, the job waits. Voluntary self-identification questions are answered “decline to answer” unless you choose otherwise.
You choose how much it does on its own
- Review: every ready job waits for your approval before it's sent.
- Hybrid: strong matches above your threshold go out automatically; the rest wait for you.
- Auto: every ready job is sent, within your daily limit.
- In every mode you set a daily limit and can pause or resume at any time.
Your resume, tailored but never invented
ApplyRunner can tailor your resume to a role by rewording and reordering what's already there. It never adds skills, employers, titles, dates or numbers. A guard checks every tailored version against your original.
Applied under your own name
Applications go out with your name and email through the employer's own form, like any other applicant's. No proxy networks, no CAPTCHA solvers and no fake accounts. If a site blocks automation, ApplyRunner skips it and leaves the job in your list so you can apply yourself.
Questions
What is auto-apply?
Auto-apply means software fills in and submits job applications for you. ApplyRunner finds roles that match your search, completes each application form from your resume and confirmed answers, and submits it, in the mode you choose.
Will it apply to jobs I don't want?
Only jobs that match your search and reach your minimum match score are ever ready to send. Words you add to rule out titles (for example sales or intern) remove those roles, and you can skip any job. In Review mode, nothing is sent without your approval.
What happens when a form asks something new?
The job waits. You answer the question once, and that answer is used for every job that asks it from then on. ApplyRunner never fills a required question it doesn't have a confirmed answer for.
How many applications does it send?
No more than the daily limit you set, paced through the day. Only successful submissions count toward your plan.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. ApplyRunner runs on our servers. Your Jobs list and daily email show what happened.
