Submission verification

Verified applications, checked before and after Submit

Automation is only useful if you can trust what it sent. ApplyRunner checks each application three times: before filling, before submitting, and after.

“Sent” isn't the same as “sent correctly”

An automated application can fail quietly: a dropdown that didn't take, a required field left blank, a page that never confirmed. Most tools report these as sent anyway. ApplyRunner only calls an application submitted when it can show it.

1. Before filling: pre-flight

ApplyRunner reads the full, live application form and matches every question to your answers before anything is filled.

  • Fully answered forms are Ready.
  • A required question with no confirmed answer parks the job until you answer it, once, for every job that asks it.
  • Work authorization, sponsorship and salary only ever come from your confirmed facts.

2. Before submitting: every field read back

After filling the form, ApplyRunner reads each field back to make sure the answer actually went in. Submit is pressed only when every field is correct. If anything is off, the job is held and nothing is sent.

3. After submitting: the employer's confirmation

ApplyRunner waits for the employer's confirmation page. If it appears, the application is Submitted. If it doesn't, the application is marked Failed with what the page showed, and it doesn't count toward your plan.

Then, a record you can review

  • Every question and the answer sent.
  • Which answers came from your confirmed facts and which were written from your resume.
  • The resume version used.
  • When it was sent and the result.

Questions

What if a field doesn't fill correctly?

Submit is never pressed. The job is held with the problem noted, so nothing incomplete goes to the employer.

What if the employer's page doesn't confirm the application?

The application is marked Failed with what the page showed, and it doesn't count toward your plan.

Can I see what was sent?

Yes. Every submitted application keeps each answer and the resume version used, visible only to you.
