Your career data stays yours
Sensitive application facts come from you, not AI. Your resume and answer bank are encrypted at rest. We don't sell your information for advertising, and every submitted application has a record you can review.
Encrypted at rest
Your resume, answer bank and any credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.
Your identity, not ours
Applications go out under your own name and email. We never use proxy identities, borrowed mailboxes or fake accounts.
No tricks
No CAPTCHA solvers and no proxy networks. If a site blocks automation, we skip it rather than work around it.
Facts are rules, not guesses
Work authorization, sponsorship and salary only ever come from answers you've confirmed. AI never makes them up.
Full record
Every application is logged with each answer and the resume version sent, so you always know what an employer has from you.
Never sold
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can export or delete it at any time.
Who handles your data
A small number of providers, each only for the job listed.

- AI processing: reading your resume, scoring matches, tailoring and reading forms. Not used to train models.
- Amazon Web Services
- Hosting, filling and sending applications, and email.
- MongoDB
- Database hosting.
- Stripe
- Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Cloudflare
- Delivers and protects the website, and counts page views without cookies.
- Sign-in, only if you choose Sign in with Google.
- Apify
- Collecting public job listings. Never receives your resume or answers.
