Application tracking

A job application tracker that keeps the receipts

Every job in one list with a clear status, and for every application, a record of exactly what was sent in your name.

Spreadsheets lose track. This doesn't.

When you're applying to many roles, it gets hard to remember where you applied, what you said about salary or start date, and which version of your resume went where. A spreadsheet only knows what you remember to type into it.

ApplyRunner tracks every job automatically, from the moment it's found to the moment it's sent, and keeps a full record of each application.

Every status, explained

Found
Found, but not one ApplyRunner can apply to automatically, or below your minimum match.
Parked
Its form asks a required question you haven't answered yet.
Ready
Every required question is answered and it meets your minimum match.
Waiting
Ready, and waiting for your approval in Review or Hybrid mode.
Submitted
Sent, with the employer's confirmation. The record keeps exactly what was sent.
Failed
Sending didn't go through. The record keeps why.
Skipped
You dropped it, or the employer closed the posting.

Once you hear back, mark the outcome: Interview, Offer or Rejected.

A record of every application

For each application, ApplyRunner keeps:

  • Every question on the form and the answer that was sent.
  • Which answers came from your confirmed facts and which were written from your resume.
  • The resume version used.
  • When it was sent, and whether the employer confirmed it.

Private by default

Application records are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and only visible to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Questions

Do I have to update the tracker myself?

No. Statuses change on their own as jobs are found, checked, approved and sent. You can add the outcome, such as an interview or an offer, when you hear back.

Can I see what was sent for an application?

Yes. Each submitted application keeps every answer and the resume version used, so you can see exactly what an employer has from you.

Do failed applications count toward my plan?

No. Only successful submissions count. Skipped, parked and failed jobs never use your allowance.
